Fulfillment & Refund Policies
Our team at PaintLaunch is committed to providing exceptional service.

Once we receive your service order, we will begin working on your project within 2 business days. We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the project/service has been delivered.

Some clients enrolled with PaintLaunch, we offer a guarantee, this guarantee does vary from client to client.

For our courses or services, we offer a five days, no questions asked refund policy. If the client reached out to our team within the first 120 hours of their first payment with PaintLaunch, we will refund their purchase in full. For all other cases, PaintLaunch, does not offer any refunds on services, products or information goods unless stated otherwise or is before the initial five day period.

All services & products need 48 hours notice before cancellation to support@paintlaunch.com. If you do not provide notice within 48 hours before your next payment is due, you agree to still pay in full for the next term of your subscription.
